Here’s five practices to form a cornerstone of a transformative morning routine, designed to kickstart your day and fuel you with the energy and positivity needed to thrive!

1. Drinking Lemon Water

Lemon water not only hydrates but also provides vitamin C and potassium. The citric acid in lemon juice can stimulate digestion and may help with detoxification by supporting liver function. Drinking water with lemon is a refreshing and healthy way to start your day.

2. Dry Brushing

Dry brushing involves using a natural bristle brush to gently exfoliate the skin. This practice can improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and promote detoxification by removing dead skin cells. Brushing towards the heart helps enhance lymphatic flow, which supports immune function and removes waste products from the body.

3. Brushing Teeth with Baking Soda

Baking soda has alkaline properties that can help neutralize acids in the mouth, reducing the risk of tooth decay and gum disease. It can also act as a mild abrasive to help remove plaque and surface stains from teeth.

4. Sun Exposure

Go outside for a few minutes and stand in the sun. Better yet, if the weather allows, go barefoot in the grass—known as “grounding” or “earthing,” this practice has been associated with various health benefits, including reduced inflammation and improved sleep.   • What you believe: Reflecting on what you believe leads to greater self-awareness and guides your actions.
